As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will work closely with Registered Nurses and the interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident conditions, vital signs, and treatment responses
Accurately document nursing care and observations
Communicate resident status changes to Registered Nurses and providers
Support and guide nursing assistants during assigned shifts
Qualifications
Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
