Job Description: Night Auditor
The Night Auditor is responsible for balancing the revenue and expense transactions that occurred during the day at the hotel. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the hotel's financial records and providing exceptional customer service to guests during the overnight shift.
Responsibilities:
- Balance and audit for accuracy room revenue, food and beverage revenue, and telephone revenue.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a hotel night audit position preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Salary : $42,000 - $72,000
