Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and friendly AM Restaurant Server to join our team at the Cincinnati North Marriott in West Chester, Ohio. This part-time position involves providing excellent customer service during breakfast and lunch hours in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to take orders accurately, serve guests promptly, and handle cash transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift and carry items up to 25 lbs as needed.
• Work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous server or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work mornings and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Basic cash handling skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Work Schedule

2-3 shifts per week, primarily during breakfast and lunch hours, including weekends.
