Job Description:

We’re seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to support our portfolio of home furnishings and lifestyle brands, including Crestview Collection, Porch View Home, Elements and other brands we support. This hands-on role combines creative concept development, print and production expertise, and email design to bring each brand’s distinct identity and product stories to life.

The ideal candidate can move seamlessly from designing a product catalog to preparing press-ready files to creating a compelling email campaign. You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, product and photography teams to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, showrooms and major markets.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Design and Creative Development

  • Create compelling designs that reflect each brand’s distinct personality, audience and positioning.
  • Design catalogs, lookbooks, brochures, advertisements, sales collateral, showroom signage and market materials.
  • Develop visual stories that showcase individual products and coordinated collections across furniture, lighting, décor and accessories.
  • Translate creative briefs into effective designs with strong typography, composition and visual hierarchy.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates and design systems across the portfolio.
  • Adapt shared campaigns and materials thoughtfully for individual brands.

Production Design and Print Execution

  • Manage production from approved design through final delivery, including revisions, versioning, preflight and file organization.
  • Prepare accurate, press-ready files with correct bleeds, trim sizes, image resolution and color specifications.
  • Produce complex, multipage layouts incorporating product names, item numbers, dimensions, pricing and other specifications.
  • Collaborate with printers and internal teams to review proofs, resolve production issues and maintain quality.
  • Retouch, resize, crop and color-correct product and lifestyle photography.
  • Maintain organized working files, templates and asset libraries across brands.

Email and Digital Design

  • Design emails supporting product launches, seasonal collections, market invitations, promotions and customer engagement.
  • Create mobile-friendly layouts with clear messaging, compelling imagery and prominent calls to action.
  • Develop reusable email templates that preserve each brand’s visual identity.
  • Prepare optimized assets and collaborate on email builds, testing and quality assurance.
  • Use campaign results and testing insights to improve design effectiveness.
  • Extend campaign creative into website graphics, digital advertising and social media assets.

Collaboration and Project Ownership

  • Manage multiple projects across brands, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, product, photography and brand stakeholders to gather assets and clarify project requirements.
  • Present creative concepts, explain design decisions and incorporate feedback.
  • Proactively identify production concerns, missing information and timeline risks.
  • Serve as a senior creative resource, helping strengthen design standards and improve workflows.

Qualifications

  • Five or more years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating strong print, production and email design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Demonstrated experience producing catalogs or other complex, multipage publications.
  • Thorough understanding of print production, prepress, proofing, color management and file preparation.
  • Experience designing for email platforms, including mobile-friendly layouts, accessibility and image optimization.
  • Strong typography, layout, photo editing and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to design for multiple brands while maintaining distinct visual identities.
  • Excellent organization, communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Degree in graphic design, visual communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with home furnishings, interiors, retail, wholesale or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience supporting a portfolio of brands or multiple agency clients.
  • Familiarity with product information systems, digital asset management or automated catalog workflows.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and experience building or troubleshooting email templates.
  • Experience using AI-assisted design tools with sound judgment and careful quality control.
