Crestview Collection is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead and expand strategic partnerships with major retail accounts. This high-impact role is designed for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in mass retail, a strong existing network, and the ability to drive significant revenue growth.
This role offers the opportunity to directly influence business strategy, expand national retail presence, and shape long-term partnerships with some of the industry’s most important customers. Memphis-based candidates are preferred, though remote candidates with an established book of business are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strategic Account Leadership: Own and grow a portfolio of high-value national retail accounts, developing long-term strategies that drive revenue, margin, and market share
- Business Development: Leverage existing relationships and industry network to introduce Crestview Collection to new retail opportunities and expand distribution
- Revenue Growth: Identify and execute high-impact growth initiatives, including new product placements, category expansions, and merchandising strategies
- Executive Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior buyers, merchants, and decision-makers across key accounts
- Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize retail analytics, forecasting, and performance metrics to guide decision-making and optimize account performance
- Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead complex negotiations on pricing, assortment, and contractual agreements to deliver win-win outcomes
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with internal teams across product development, supply chain, and marketing to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction
- Performance Visibility: Provide strategic insights and reporting to executive leadership on account health, risks, and growth opportunities
- Customer Advocacy: Champion the voice of the customer internally, driving initiatives that enhance experience, retention, and long-term value
- Proven success in senior-level account management or sales leadership within wholesale home décor, furniture, or a related industry
- Established relationships and active book of business with mass retailers (e.g., national chains, big-box, or large regional accounts)
- Strong commercial acumen, including expertise in retail math, margin management, and data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to drive multimillion-dollar account growth and expand market share
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Advanced negotiation skills with experience managing complex, high-value agreements
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations
- Willingness to travel as needed to support account development and relationship management
