Crestview Aerospace is seeking an ambitious, high-energy Senior Contracts Administrator to assist our business with all contractual matters, as detailed below. Crestview Aerospace/Kemco Aerospace is a manufacturer of complex assemblies and precision components for use in a wide range of aerospace and defense applications. Our company works closely with large aircraft and weapon systems OEMs, such as Boeing Defense, Bell, RTX/Collins Aerospace, Northrop Grumman and several others. Crestview Aerospace provides key assemblies for many in-service platforms (H-47, V-22, F-35, F-15, F-16, F-18, KC-135, E-2, and weapon systems such as Harpoon and SLAM-ER. Crestview Aerospace is comprised of two (2) manufacturing sites, with operations in St. Louis, Missouri and Crestview, FL, and employs approximately 350 professionals.
Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Contract Management & Administration of primarily Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts as a core member of the Integrated Program Team (IPT)
- Negotiation of contract terms and conditions, contract pricing, and contract changes
- Proposal Management & Administration, including all aspects of the proposal
- Coordinating with the IPT team on price-to win approaches
- Customer relationships and customer engagement
- Data entry into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and ensuring all aspects of the contract are contained within the ERP system
Professional Requirements, Qualifications & Desired Competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related academic field
- Prior Aerospace & Defense experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and Company Proprietary data.
- A thorough understanding of the FAR, DFAR and ITAR regulations is required.
- Government acquisition issues, development of negotiation strategy and execution of negotiation plans relating to subcontracting is desired.
- Experience in leading negotiations of terms/conditions, cost/price and general administration.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
- EPICOR experience is desired (ERP System)
- Must adhere to Company policies/procedures and management instruction.
Work Environment:
- Primarily works in a manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery and production equipment.
- Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of materials.
- May involve occasional travel to suppliers or other company locations.
