SENIOR HRIS ANALYST (Dayforce HCM)
As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR technology ecosystem to support a fast-paced, innovative-driven environment. This position leads the administration and optimization of our Dayforce HCM platform to deliver seamless employee experiences, ensure compliant data, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You’ll collaborate with HR Operations, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Finance, and IT to design scalable solutions that support a growing workforce.

SENIOR HRIS ANALYST (Dayforce HCM)
As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR technology ecosystem to support a fast-paced, innovative-driven environment. This position leads the administration and optimization of our Dayforce HCM platform to deliver seamless employee experiences, ensure compliant data, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You’ll collaborate with HR Operations, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Finance, and IT to design scalable solutions that support a growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the configuration, administration, and ongoing optimization of the Dayforce HCM platform, ensuring alignment with business and HR goals.
- Manage daily HRIS operations and Dayforce maintenance including documentation for reporting processes, data definitions, system configurations, ensuring optimal system functionality, data accuracy, and scalability.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for system issues, providing technical support and guidance to HR staff, and leading Dayforce case management as needed for resolution.
- Design and conduct routine system audits to ensure the highest level of data integrity, identify and resolve discrepancies, and support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive Dayforce dashboards, reports and analytics to support tracking of key HR metrics, trend identification, and workforce insights.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, detailed timelines, and deliverables for recommended Dayforce enhancements, module rollouts, integrations, user testing of system updates.
- Collaborate closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and govern advanced process improvements and automation solutions.
- Develop and deliver advanced training, detailed job aids, and communications on system updates and user adoption to build system expertise among global HR staff on data entry requirements, system use and best practices.
- Ensure robust HRIS compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, industry best practices, and stringent company policies.
- Implement and enforce advanced security protocols, role-based access, and data governance standards to safeguard sensitive employee information, adhering to strict data privacy standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources information technology, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- 5 years of progressive HRIS administration experience with Dayforce HCM.
- 2 years’ experience building conditional workflows and forms in SQL and XML preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data management principles, and HR technology landscapes.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, XML).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
- and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex issues.
- Strong project management skills, with proven experience leading significant HRIS projects from initiation to successful completion.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance, data security standards, and privacy.
- Prior DAYFORCE HCM experience strongly PREFERRED
