This role is open to dentists who perform root canal therapy and complex endodontic cases with confidence and skill. - Daily compensation of $1,000-$2,700 - structured as the greater of a guaranteed daily minimum or a percentage of adjusted production

Responsibilities:
Our dental practice has:
- DentaPro software
- Digital x-ray and Panorex units
- Dedicated dental assistants trained to support endodontic procedures Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
Dentist (Endodontics) responsibilities include:
- Perform root canal therapy, including complex and multi-canal cases
- Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the tooth pulp and periapical tissues
- Utilize modern endodontic techniques and available dental technology to deliver high-quality care
- Collaborate with our dental teams to support treatment planning and case flow
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and regulatory standards
We expect our dental endodontic provider to have:
- DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
- Demonstrated high-volume endodontic experience as a dentist - confident managing complex, multi-canal, and retreatment cases
- Active dental license in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure
- Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, and DEA registration Compassion and a strong desire to provide endodontic care to underserved dental patients
