Job Duties
- Master manufacturer and product knowledge of all inventory through product training or other various means of training
- Customer relationship building and getting to know your customer/audience and their needs
- Act as customer contact representative on any questions customers may have via phone call, in person, company email or company CRM software.
- Answer customer phone calls and questions via phone, text, email, CRM.
- Maintain inventory and appearance of customer showroom
- Enter customers into CRM and attend memorable test drives
Job Requirements
- Diploma or GED required
- Strong communication skills and neat appearance
- Valid driver's license compliable with company's auto insurance policy
- Ability to conduct one-self in a professional manner
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, percentages
- Ability to respond to customer inquires or complaints
