What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Administrative Assistant position at Crestline Hotels and Resorts?

Overview:


The Sales and Conference Planning Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the execution of the administrative processes and procedures for the Sales, Conference Planning, and General Manager. This includes:


  • Executing the functions of the departments in order to allow managers maximum time for soliciting, selling, and planning business for the hotel. 
  • Efficiently performing all assigned sales duties including processing incoming leads and executing sales/conference planning reporting requirements.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Assist the sales and conference planning staff in all related duties for groups.
  • Process all incoming business leads.
  • Coordinate all internal events.
  • Maintain files and sales databases as per company standards.
  • Follow-up on all special projects and assignments given by management.
  • Generate marketing materials, i.e. social media posts and print/digital publications, etc.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Responsibilities are subject to change.
  • General Office duties to include; making files, copying, filing, ordering, and inventorying office supplies

 

Education and Experience:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Previous experience providing executive-level administrative support
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop

 

Preferred Skills and/or Education:


  • Experience in a hotel or related industry preferred

The anticipated pay range for this role is between $20 and $24 per hour. Base pay will depend on skills, qualifications and experience.  Hotel experience required.
