Director of Sales Marketing

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Sales Marketing located in San Francisco, CA. The Director of Sales Marketing will lead and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize hotel performance. Responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, cultivating client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales team, and analyzing market trends to develop effective business strategies. The role will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in Sales, including ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
• Proficiency in Sales Operations, including forecasting, reporting, and CRM management
• Strong Customer Service skills with an emphasis on building positive client relationships
• Experience in Team Management, including leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams
• Expertise in Business Development, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Hospitality industry experience is preferred but not required
