Service Coordinator

Crestfield Talent is seeking an organized and dependable Service Coordinator to support customer requests, scheduling, and day-to-day service operations in Chicago.

This role is a good fit for someone who communicates clearly, can manage several requests at once, and enjoys helping customers while coordinating with internal teams.

• Schedule and coordinate service appointments

• Respond to customer questions by phone and email

• Update customer and service information in internal systems

• Follow up on open requests and pending appointments

• Coordinate schedules with internal teams

• Maintain accurate notes and service records

• Help resolve routine scheduling or service issues

• Provide customers with timely status updates

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Good organization and attention to detail

• Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems

• Able to manage multiple priorities

• Professional and dependable

• Previous customer service, scheduling, or office support experience is preferred
