Sales Representative

• Communicate with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, and digital channels
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Generate new sales opportunities and follow up with potential customers
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Respond to sales inquiries and provide accurate product information
• Track customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate customer requests
• Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications
• Monitor sales opportunities and maintain an organized sales pipeline
