Since 2017, Crested Butte Hot Tub has been serving the Gunnison Valley with quality hot tub sales, installations, maintenance, and repairs. We’re passionate about bringing families together one backyard at a time — and now we’re looking for an organized, motivated Office Manager to help us keep things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Greet customers and answer phones with professionalism and warmth
✔️ Handle bookkeeping and QuickBooks tasks (invoices, AP/AR, financial tracking)
✔️ Support sales with quotes and product/service information
✔️ Coordinate schedules and support our service team
✔️ Manage office supplies and general admin duties
What We’re Looking For:
✨ Office/administrative experience (QuickBooks & Google Workspace proficiency required)
✨ Friendly, customer-focused communicator who can multitask
✨ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
✨ Familiarity with Jobber (or similar tools) a plus
