  1. Represent Crest View at meetings, special events and conferences.
  2. Provide admission and program information to prospective clients, referents, and families.
  3. Conduct telephone conversations in a friendly and professional manner.
  4. Maintain strict client confidentiality.
  5. Maintain appropriate boundaries and ethical behavior with clients, families, and other professionals.
  6. Develop and implement plans to provide outreach and build relationships with community partners in the Southeast in coordination with overall organizational plans.
  7. Participate in staff meetings as needed.
  8. Maintain after-hours availability for admission and/or referent inquires.
  9. Professionally represent Crest View at meetings and conferences, maintain and developing external contacts to support agency services.
  10. Communicate with other facilities and referents regarding patient care.
  11. Travel as required.
  12. Manage referral development marketing strategies.
  13. Follow all policies of Agency, as applicable.
  14. Conduct visits with hospitals, treatment organizations, clinics, private therapists, private physicians, attorneys, Employee Assistance Programs, and other professionals to market Crest View Recovery treatment programs to generate leads.
  15. Track progress to identify patterns and evaluate results of different marketing tactics.
  16. Coordinates and processes admissions to the facility.
  17. Ensures the clinical and financial screening criteria have been met prior to admission.
  18. Seeks out learning experiences and incorporates new knowledge into practice.
  19. Submits weekly productivity reports.
  20. Other duties assigned by Senior Leadership.
Qualifications:
  1. Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  2. A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a treatment setting preferred.
  3. Current and valid driver’s license.
  4. Outstanding written communication and presentation skills.
  5. Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
  6. Strong Knowledge of social media and other basic marketing platforms.
  7. Ability to travel, as needed.
  8. Ability to work well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  9. Must have proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Google Drive.
  10. Experience in public speaking and outreach activities.
  11. Reliable/available transportation
  12. Must possess the ability to follow instructions, be creative, flexible and reliable, and to accept constructive feedback.
  13. Maintains all necessary trainings & certifications.
