WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Own your day — running residential and light-commercial service calls across Cookeville. Installs, repairs, troubleshooting, start to finish. You'll be trusted to represent Crest with every customer you meet, with every tool and resource you need to do the job right and leave people better than you found them.

COMPENSATION:

- $40–$50/hr depending on experience

- Performance bonus with uncapped earning potential — details at interview

BENEFITS (after 90 days):

ON-CALL:

One weekend per month. Compensated Double Time for every call during your rotation.
