Organization Change
Introduction
The Organization Change role is a key position within our team, responsible for driving change management initiatives and strategies to support transformation programs. This role involves working closely with clients to assess change impacts, develop comprehensive change management plans, and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end change management implementation lifecycle on transformation programs
- Deliver change management and training programs in various contexts such as AI-enabled engagements, Enterprise Migration, DevOps/Integration
- Build change management strategy, roadmap, stakeholder engagement, change impact analysis, culture assessment, user engagement, readiness assessment, and training strategy
- Coordinate with the extended OCM Team based out of India
- Drive Global OCM Plan Delivery for US region
- Report on project updates/milestones and delivery to OCM value stream lead and project delivery manager
- Design and deliver effective change management strategy and plans in conjunction with project and client teams
- Work with senior leadership to create alignment and support program success
- Identify and deploy communication and stakeholder engagement tools and techniques
- Build repository of OCM artifacts and deliverables for assigned projects
Requirements
Required Skills:
- 10 years of experience in consulting/industry with a primary focus on organization change management
- Hands-on experience in at least 9-10 large-scale change management implementations
- Practical client experience including planning, design, and delivery
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and analytical skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel onsite to client locations
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with PROSCI or other change management approaches
- MBA is strongly preferred
