Job Summary
As the first point of contact, the Front Desk Associate plays a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience. This individual will warmly welcome clients and visitors while managing communications, scheduling, and administrative coordination with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage and direct incoming calls through a multi-line phone system with efficiency and grace
- Welcome and check in clients for scheduled appointments, ensuring a warm, polished, and memorable first impression
- Respond to emails and general inquiries promptly, maintaining a high standard of communication
- Perform daily data entry, reporting, and filing
- Communicate with multiple internal departments to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold the brand`s standards of excellence in all guest and internal interactions
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hospitality, front desk, or a client-facing role within a high-end environment preferred
- Exceptional multitasking, organization, and time - management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Schedule & Pay:
Part-time position, approximately 18 hours per week
Flexible scheduling to include either two weekdays or one weekend day
$22 - $25 per hour, based on experience
