What You’ll Do
Our team members are cross-trained, so every shift feels different. Daily responsibilities include:
- Providing warm, attentive customer service
- Preparing light food items and beverages
- Serving guests at tables and maintaining a clean dining space
- Managing POS transactions, answering phones, and taking reservations
- Keeping the back-of-house organized and stocked
- Supporting opening and closing tasks
- Pouring wine and mimosas (must be 21 )
Team Leads may also assist with cash handling, shift flow, customer relations, and task delegation.
