Job Summary: As the Quality Assurance Technician, you will work under the supervision of the Quality manager and be responsible for conducting product testing and inspections to ensure that our products meet all quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct product testing to ensure that our products meet all quality and regulatory requirements.
- Perform Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) inspections of incoming materials to ensure that they meet our quality standards.
- Record and document inspection and testing results in accordance with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Provide training support to and interact with production staff to ensure that they understand and comply with quality and regulatory requirements.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, with a background in production of electronics
- The ability to read and decipher product drawings is preferred.
- Experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.25 - $19.25 per hour
