Crest Ford of Flat Rock is looking for a full time Body Shop Apprentice Technician. In this position, you will enter our Bodyshop Technician Training Program and work in a certified Ford Dealership Bodyshop. In this position you will have the opportunity to learn bodyshop repair and become a full licensed technician. Crest Ford will be supporting you in the training and providing Senior Technicians to work with.

Starting Job Responsibilities:
- Moving customer vehicles to ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility
- Wash, wax, and buff the vehicle
- Clean interior and exterior windows
- Vacuum and scrub interior of vehicle
- Utilize special purpose cleaners to ensure lasting cleanliness of vehicles
- Clean and prep vehicles for paint
- Sand and rub
- Remove and install vehicle parts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Understanding and compliance with safety rules, practices, as well as posted work rules and procedures
- Positive outlook with a high energy personality
- Ability to exercise good judgement and critical thinking
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must Supply own Tools
- Have a basic understanding of vehicles
