Server and Bartender

We are seeking a Server and Bartender to deliver attentive table service and expertly support a full-service bar in an upscale-casual fine dining restaurant. Reporting to the floor supervisor, this role combines polished guest relations, drink preparation, menu expertise, and efficient payment processing while supporting frequent special events and private functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive table service in a full-service restaurant and bar environment.
• Prepare and serve beverages through the full-service bar program.
• Build positive guest relationships and deliver an elevated dining experience.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu to answer guest questions and support selections.
• Support frequent special events and private functions.

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in restaurant and bar service.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
• Skills in cocktail preparation and wine service.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities.

We are a new upscale, family-oriented Afro fusion dining and entertainment experience. Our cuisine, drink and entertainment experience is unique and vibrant. We also have an event space that host private parties and events. In addition, we are a destination establishment with shows and bands lined up.
