This role is essential in supporting our service department and ensuring clear communication, prompt scheduling, and exceptional customer service.
Position Overview
The Receptionist / Service Scheduler will manage incoming calls and emails, coordinate service requests, create and track builder tickets, and ensure all communication is handled efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, detail-oriented, and quick to learn new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally answer and direct incoming calls
- Respond promptly and courteously to emails from builders, customers, and internal staff
- Create and manage service tickets for builders
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with field technicians
- Maintain organized records and accurate documentation
- Ensure timely follow-up on open service items
- Provide excellent customer service while representing Crest in a professional manner
- Support team members and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
- Always act with integrity and a willingness to “do what is right”
