Crest Auto World is a family-owned Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership celebrating 50 years in business. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Parts Counter Person to join our growing Parts Department.

What You'll Do
- Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers in identifying and purchasing the correct OEM and aftermarket parts.
- Support dealership service technicians by providing accurate and timely parts.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and online parts inquiries.
- Process customer orders, quotes, invoices, and special orders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
- Monitor backorders and keep customers informed of order status.
- Merchandise and organize the showroom and parts warehouse.
- Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently.
- Stay current on GM parts and accessories.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Experience using electronic parts catalogs and inventory systems preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
