Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be working on daily work assignments such as plowing snow and salting streets in the winter when the weather requires, mowing and weed eating, picking up yard debris, leaf collection, painting curbs, water line repairs and all other labor work that is required for the job.
Responsibilities
- Operate backhoes, trucks with plows and other equipment to complete tasks.
- Assist in utility locating to ensure safe excavation practices.
- Perform loader operations for material handling and site preparation.
- Collaborate with team members complete projects according to specifications.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and reporting any issues to supervisors.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all crew members.
Experience
- Previous experience in backhoe operation and plowing snow is preferred.
- Familiarity with utility locating techniques is a plus.
- A strong understanding of processes and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
