Role Overview
The Associate, Private Wealth Client Services plays a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. This position serves as a primary contact for clients, supporting wealth advisors in providing superior customer service, relationship management, account administration, and operational execution.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a day-to-day support contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Support senior team members in maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Process client requests such as wires, journals, distributions, and account updates with a high degree of accuracy
- Assist with client onboarding, including account opening, documentation, and account transfers
- Prepare and review account paperwork to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to submission
- Process account maintenance requests such as address changes, interested party access, signer updates
- Support cash management activities and monitor account activity to ensure timely execution with a high degree of accuracy
- Assist with subscription and redemption documentation for alternative investments
- Liaise between clients and internal/external professionals (CPAs, attorneys) to ensure a consistent and positive client experience
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience
- Support internal initiatives and team projects that promote efficiency and scalability
Qualifications and Characteristics:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, but not required.
- 0–3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related field
- Excitement for the opportunity to showcase your work ethic and drive on an established and growing team.
- Strong client service mindset with excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in financial platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Addepar, and custodial platforms like Pershing, Fidelity, and Schwab is a plus.
What We Offer:
At Cresset, we focus on people first. As a service business, our people are our assets. Engaging our clients and employees is our highest priority. Starting base salary range: $75,000 - $90,000. A higher base salary may be considered based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, licenses and certifications, industry knowledge, and geographic location.
