Job Description

Cresset is seeking an Associate, Reporting Analyst to join our Reporting team, reporting to the Director, Reporting Manager. This role will support scalable, accurate client portfolio reporting across complex investment portfolios, including alternative investments and sophisticated ownership structures.

 

The Associate, Reporting Analyst will partner closely with advisor teams and internal stakeholders to maintain high-quality reporting, support client needs, and identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and scalability.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support internal and client-facing reporting needs across the firm.
  • Create, customize, and automate portfolio reports to support advisor teams and client requests.
  • Manage onboarding and ongoing reporting activities within Cresset’s performance reporting system.
  • Partner with advisor teams to research and respond to questions related to portfolio performance, investments, and reporting.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of performance reporting data and related internal processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale reporting processes and workflows.
  • Assist with system integrations, data validation, and reporting enhancements as needed.
  • Support key team and firm initiatives, special projects, and other ad hoc reporting needs.

 

The successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual should enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and collaborating across teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • 1 years of experience in financial services, preferably within wealth management, investment reporting, performance measurement, or a related function.
  • Experience with portfolio or performance reporting systems and system integrations preferred.
  • Experience with Addepar preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently follow through on assignments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute across the Reporting team and broader organization.
  • High degree of professionalism, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
