Role
Our clinic is seeking a reliable Certified Medical Assistant
* Support patient flow and ensure a welcoming, therapeutic environment
* Complete prior authorizations, coordinate scheduling, answering the phone, and returning calls
*Take vitals, room patients, draw blood, and administer shots
* Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
* Communicate effectively with providers and clinical staff
* Ensure consistent, high-quality patient care throughout treatment courses
Ideal Candidate:
* Reliable, punctual, and consistent with scheduling
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Comfortable working with insurance processes and learning prior authorizations
* Passionate about mental health and patient care
* Team-oriented and adaptable in a growing clinical setting
* Willing to be trained in TMS treatment and coordination responsibilities
Position Details:

* REQUIRED: Certified Medical Assistant

Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) REQUIRED
- 1 years experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred
- Strong computer proficiency required
- Experience with AdvancedMD EHR preferred, though experience with any EHR system is helpful
- Ability to learn new clinical and administrative systems quickly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
- Must be willing to complete a background check
- CPR certification or BLS certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
