Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment to manufacture products according to specifications
- Complete production orders within set timeframes while maintaining quality standards
- Perform regular quality control checks to identify and address any defects or issues
- Assist in the assembly, packaging, and labeling of finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Must be able to work ANY 8-hour shift
- Must be willing to work overtime opportunities to support production demands
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to push/pull objects across work area
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Must be able to speak, read and communicate in English fluently
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, but not required
