As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.

This valued team member:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Providing product information and guidance to customers
• Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly
• Maintaining accurate customer records
• Provides quotes
• Processes orders from initial order entry until delivery which includes working with shipping and production.

Requirements include:

• Basic math skills, including ability to work with percentages and decimals required
• Experience working on a computer, SAP preferred
• Prior customer service experience helpful
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Well organized, attention to detail and critical thinking
• Ability to follow instructions, fast learner and capable of multi-tasking
• Data entry experience
• High school diploma required; some college preferred
