What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Caretaker(Part-Time) - Cresco Village position at Cresco Village?
We are seeking a part-time Property Caretaker to join our team at our Cresco Village community in Cresco, IA for approximately 15-20 hours/week!
Duties to Include:
- Maintaining property site grounds.
- Assisting with turnover of units when tenants vacate.
- Posting notices.
- Collecting deliveries.
- Possible snow removal from walkways.
Qualifications: Successful candidates should have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Experience in apartment maintenance preferred, but not required. Must have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, self-motivator and positive attitude.
Compensation: 18.00/HR
