Tool Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and a passion for troubleshooting and repairing various types of machinery. As a Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our equipment operates efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter to test electrical components and systems.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts used.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role in a relevant industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, including an Ohmmeter.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
