- Read and understand the Crescent Safety Playbook – Doing It Safe
- Ensure Safe and well-maintained work environment and conditions throughout all workspaces, facility, and surrounding areas
- Report all safety, quality, near misses, accidents, mistakes, and product damages accurately and according to processes
- Comply with all OSHA, ISO and company standards
- Champion the Crescent Culture of Doing it Right, Doing it Safe and Doing it Well and abide by all written and understood procedures and policies
- Pack, sort and stacking products throughout the shift and review completed tasks for accuracy and completion
- Communicates well and respectfully with others

- Support the warehouse associates with Inbound/Outbound orders (i.e. pulling, labeling, loading, unloading & locating product for customer as time permits)
- Drive effective communications between our customer and the production, quality, sales and shipping teams, ensuring open and transparent lines of communication
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances
- Check all pertinent information (i.e. date codes, product codes, warehouse locations, etc.) on all paperwork
- Ensure that all paperwork is written legibly
- Clear communication, ability to balance talking with listening
- Foster Crescent excellence by cultivating teamwork
- Effectively communicate directly to all aspects of production
- Maintain a good working relationship with internal customers
- Align and optimize the allocation of People to meet established targets

- Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arm’s length, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch

Salary : $19
