Your Role on the Team
As Marketing and Business Development, you will handle all marketing aspects for Crescent Title’s Destrehan location as well as coordinate with the marketers at the other six offices. This role requires effective communication skills and ability to problem solve.
We are looking for a results-driven, forward-thinking leader with proven success building, executing, and implementing marketing strategies to support the growth of our company. The ideal candidate for this position is an organized, creative, self-starter with marketing, sales, and social media experience. While real estate knowledge and experience is a plus, we are most interested in finding a candidate with the personality and drive to help keep our business on top!
You will be working with the company’s attorneys and marketing team to plan company-wide continuing education and other events geared towards real estate agents and mortgage lenders, who are our primary source of business. You will also focus specifically on building and maintaining relationships in the River Parishes market, which includes hosting broker open houses, lunches, and other services for the agents and lenders in your area. For this reason, we are looking for someone who lives in or has a connection to our local community .
We are open to hiring on a part-time or full-time basis.

Status: Full-Time or Part-Time
Rate: TBD based on experience (includes salary, commission, 401K, bonuses, and medical and dental benefits)
Marketing and Business Development Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the marketing operations at the Destrehan location of Crescent Title
- Work closely with real estate agents, lenders, developers, and customers
- Generate new business and maintain existing business relationships
- Prepare quarterly marketing plan and implement plan
- Support effective marketing strategies to target and generate leads
- Work closely with other office marketers
- Work with escrow teams, attorneys and administrators in the office
- Conduct market research to evaluate and respond to current real estate trends
- Increase and monitor company online presence
- Assist in planning and coordinating real estate agent continuing education classes and other marketing events
Marketing and Business Development Qualifications:
- Marketing and sales experience, preferably within the real estate industry
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online and in-person marketing, including social media
- Ability to create presentations and marketing materials
- Excellent project management skills to effectively manage requests from initiation to completion
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and digitally
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work without direct supervision, and efficiently manage tasks and time
