Job Description
- Manage client contract executions
- Support HoM&S in strategic tasks and new business development
- Generate leads via client visits, participation in exhibitions/events, cold calling, etc
- Manage client visits to the factory (Nooriabad)
- Collect, analyse, and present primary data to management for better decision making
- Secondary data research to help us get business leads and to engage relevant organizations
- Tender and other necessary documents preparation/submission and subsequent order management
- Liaison with customer regarding in-hand and upcoming projects, resolution of issues, etc
- Preparation/submission of claims (where needed) and resolution of disputes/litigations (if any)
- Manage internal/external audits
- ERP order management
- Manage Marketing and Sales databases
- Manage performance of subordinates
- Ensure optimal customer satisfaction
- Management of line pipe logistics
- Follow-up for receivable from debtors
