What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Tester position at Crescent Solutions?
As a QA Tester, you will play a key role in supporting cross-functional projects focused on delivering high-quality technology solutions. You will contribute to testing efforts of varying scope and complexity, applying strong expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management to help ensure the successful delivery of reliable and seamless customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end testing process for internal and external applications, including the development and execution of test scripts, thorough defect reporting, and efficient retesting.
- Perform comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and support timely resolution.
- Develop a deep understanding of the technical solutions being delivered and serve as a subject matter expert within your assigned workstream.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or software testing.
- SAP knowledge is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
