Crescent Pointe Golf Club provides golfers with a first-class layout winding through South Carolina's famous Lowcountry. Crescent Pointe is recruiting for part-time Golf Cart Attendants. As a Cart Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of carts. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to work well with customers will contribute to a positive shopping experience for our patrons.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of carts and equipment.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading their belongings.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Ensure carts are available and ready for customer use at all times.
- Monitor cart areas for any safety hazards or maintenance issues.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cart operations.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
