Crescent Parts & Equipment is seeking a motivated Refrigeration Territory Manager to join our team. In this outside sales role, you'll build relationships with commercial refrigeration contractors, identify new business opportunities, and help customers find the products and solutions they need to succeed.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales experience in refrigeration, HVACR, construction, distribution, or a related industry who enjoys building customer partnerships and driving business growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and grow relationships with commercial refrigeration and HVAC contractors.
- Prospect for new business and expand existing customer accounts.
- Identify opportunities in new construction, remodels, service work, and equipment replacement projects.
- Partner with manufacturer representatives and Crescent specialists to provide customer solutions.
- Present products, equipment, and new technologies to customers.
- Manage sales activity, maintain customer relationships, and achieve territory growth goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging refrigeration technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of sales, account management, or related industry experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Commercial refrigeration or HVACR industry experience.
- Equipment, parts, distribution, or contractor sales experience.
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems and applications.
- Experience working with contractors, bidding processes, or construction projects.

Travel Requirements
This is an outside sales position that requires regular travel throughout the assigned territory to visit customers, contractors, and project sites. Occasional attendance at customer events, trade shows, training sessions, and industry functions may be required, including some evening hours.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with occasional evenings or weekends for business-related events.
