Job Summary
The Brand & Marketing Specialist supports the Brand & Business Development Manager and works closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to execute Crescent’s marketing, communications, and dealer support efforts. This role assists in managing co-op programs, communications, events, and daily operations while helping implement strategies that promote Crescent’s products and services to vendors and customers. The position also plays a key role in maintaining Crescent’s digital presence, including website updates, social media, and in-branch marketing. This work is critical to the smooth operation of the marketing function, alignment with the sales team, and the continued growth of the company.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing American Standard and Mitsubishi co-op programs, including pre-approvals, guidelines, claims, and credits
- Provide support to the Brand & Business Development Manager and Market Managers, assisting with projects and initiatives as needed
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams
- Design flyers, bulletins, promotional materials, and signage for internal and external events and trainings
- Assist with custom promotional and advertising needs for dealers
- Manage regional rebate programs
- Support the planning, coordination, and promotion of Crescent events
- Assist in planning and promoting Crescent trainings
- Update and maintain the company website daily to support trainings, promotions, and overall usability
- Assist in creating and posting social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create and distribute email and text communications for internal and external audiences
- Manage in-branch digital signage, including content coordination, scheduling, and vendor collaboration as needed
- Support Crescent branding efforts, including ordering and managing swag (notepads, pens, signage, apparel, etc.)
Physical Demands
- Periodic travel required for branch visits, conferences, vendor tours, and customer events.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when preparing event or promotional materials.
- Extended periods of standing or walking during events or presentations.
Experience & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Experience with Canva preferred
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of social media platforms and how to use them effectively for business promotion
Educational Experience
- Associates or bachelor degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or related field desirable
- High school diploma or GED required
