LNA - Activity Department - Dementia Care Specialty Unit - Full-time!
**SIGN ON BONUS $3500**
DAY SHIFT
Up to $20 per hour based on experience!
401K with employer contribution for Full-time employees!

Purpose: To promote quality of life through specialized Activities programming.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic care tasks, such as feeding, dressing, or moving patients; assisting with hygiene; and changing bed linens, as needed.
- Answer call lights promptly
- Assist residents in preparing for activity and social programs; conduct and oversee various activities and social programs.
- Feeding patients and documenting their food and liquid intake
- Documenting information
- Transporting patients
Qualifications:
Active VT Licensed Nursing Assistant LNA Certification
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
