About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the pre-opening and ongoing marketing efforts for The Kali Hotel & Rooftop. This role will be responsible for building brand awareness from the ground up, developing integrated marketing strategies, and driving market share across leisure, group, food & beverage, events, and transient business segments.
The Senior Marketing Manager will serve as the property's brand steward, overseeing digital marketing, social media, content creation, PR initiatives, influencer partnerships, community engagement, and grand opening activations while working closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, Food & Beverage, and Marriott partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Building & Storytelling- Lead the launch and growth of The Kali brand across all guest touchpoints.
- Develop compelling content, campaigns, and activations that bring the hotel's story to life.
- Drive PR, influencer, social media, and digital marketing initiatives that generate awareness and engagement.
- Execute marketing strategies that support revenue, occupancy, and ownership objectives.
- Partner with Sales, Revenue Management, and Food & Beverage teams to drive demand across rooms, dining venues, rooftop experiences, and events.
- Measure performance and provide strategic reporting and recommendations.
- Build meaningful relationships with Hollywood Park stakeholders, local businesses, media partners, and community leaders.
- Develop partnerships that expand brand visibility and strengthen community connections.
- Represent The Kali at local events and networking opportunities.
- Lead marketing efforts supporting the hotel's launch, social channel development, website presence, and audience growth.
- Support planning and promotion of grand opening events, media activations, and community celebrations.
β 3 years of hospitality marketing experience, preferably within lifestyle, independent, or full-service hotel environments
β Proven success developing marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results
β Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, and brand strategy
β Experience promoting food & beverage outlets, events, rooftop venues, or lifestyle concepts preferred
β Familiarity with Marriott digital platforms, marketing programs, and paid media tools is highly desirable
β Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
β Passion for storytelling, creativity, and delivering memorable guest experiences
