What You’ll Be Doing:
Set up and clear tables, stock all service stations and assist food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as prescribed.
- Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, and condiments.
- Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
- Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
What Is Required
- Ability to work on your feet for several hours.
- Ability to carry trays, dishes, and bus tubs safely.
- Good communication and teamwork with servers, hosts, cooks, and managers.
- Fast-paced work ability — especially during busy meal periods.
- Basic cleanliness and organization — clearing tables, wiping them down, resetting them, and keeping the dining area stocked.
- Customer-service skills — being polite and helpful to guests.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
