You will need an open schedule as this position does require weekends and holidays.

Essential Job Functions Guest Service
- Greet guests promptly and professionally, creating a warm and welcoming experience.
- Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service in all dining areas.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, specials, ingredients, and beverage offerings.
- Make recommendations and upsell food and beverage items when appropriate.
- Set up, maintain, and break down breakfast buffet according to hotel standards.
- Ensure food presentation, cleanliness, and proper replenishment throughout service.
- Monitor buffet quality, temperature, and guest satisfaction.
- Assist guests with beverage service and special requests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining service standards.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and bar areas.
- Take room service orders via phone or system accurately and professionally.
- Prepare trays/carts according to service standards.
- Deliver orders promptly and verify guest satisfaction upon delivery.
- Retrieve trays promptly from guest hallways and rooms when appropriate.
- Set up and reset tables and service stations.
- Maintain sanitation, safety, and food handling standards.
- Process guest payments accurately.
- Assist with opening and closing side work duties.
- Support team members and other departments as needed.
- Curren Food Handlers Permit
- Previous restaurant, hotel, or food service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Hotel or hospitality experience.
- POS system experience.
- Alcohol service certification (if required by state/local law).
- Strong multitasking and teamwork abilities.
- Fast-paced hotel environment with indoor dining and guest room service.
- Requires extended standing, walking, bending, and carrying trays.
