What You’ll Be Doing:
Responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, leading and supporting staff, delivering excellent customer service, handling customer concerns, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervised daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction.
- Led, trained, and supported front-of-house staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.
- Managed employee schedules, breaks, and shift assignments.
- Handled customer inquiries and resolved complaints professionally.
- Monitored food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assisted with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reports.
- Maintained inventory, ordered supplies, and reduced waste where possible.
- Worked closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Helped recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
- Ensured company policies and service standards were consistently followed.
What Is Required
- Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Leadership and team management skills
