Restaurant Server – Cap Rock Cabana | Horseshoe Bay Resort
Location: Horseshoe Bay, TX (Cap Rock Golf Complex & Pool)
Pay: $6.50/hour tips
Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site
Position Overview
Cap Rock Cabana at Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking professional Restaurant Servers to deliver high-quality service to Members and guests. This role requires attention to detail, strong hospitality skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all guests
- Maintain thorough knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail menus
- Accurately take and deliver orders in a timely manner
- Prepare and maintain service stations and dining areas
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff regarding orders and special requests
- Assist with table maintenance, bussing, and equipment care
- Follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and complete shift reports as required
Qualifications
- Experience in à la carte or fine dining preferred (resort experience a plus)
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards
- Flexible availability based on business needs
Requirements:
- Must be 18 (alcohol service)
- TABC and Food Handler certifications required (ServSafe preferred)
