What are the responsibilities and job description for the PM Restaurant Supervisor position at Crescent Hotels & Resorts?
As the Restaurant Supervisor you will assist in all phases of restaurant, bar, and banquet operations. This role serves as a leader on shift and helps ensure smooth, efficient service. You will be working in coordination with fellow supervisors, Executive Chef, Sales, Catering, and Food and Beverage Manager. Ensuring that all standards for both services, safety and quality are met. You must have open availability for early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Opening and closing areas and/or events.
Monitor servers and bus person adherence to all service standards.
Supervise service of guests, being watchful of signals from guests in need of service.
Responding promptly to resolve any guest concerns.
Assist in establishing and monitoring side work duty completion.
Check restaurant for cleanliness and set up. Check service stands and aisle areas. Check tables for cleanliness and proper set up.
Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate liquor requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff.
Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
