- Supervise Guest Services Agents during assigned shifts
- Assist with daily operational flow and guest service coordination
- Support training and coaching of team members
- Address guest questions, concerns, and service recovery situations
- Assist with scheduling and shift assignments
- Monitor vehicle handling and guest interactions for service quality
- Ensure compliance with operational and safety procedures
- Assist management with reporting and daily shift documentation
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, lift luggage, and remain active for extended periods
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as needed
