Position Overview
The Greenskeeper supports daily golf course maintenance to ensure high-quality playing conditions. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and take pride in maintaining landscapes to professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate mowers, trimmers, and other equipment to maintain greens, tees, fairways, and surrounding areas
- Maintain bunkers, cart paths, and landscaping details to established standards
- Perform routine course care, including cleaning debris, repairing divots, and replacing flags and towels
- Monitor and maintain equipment, including fuel levels and basic upkeep; report issues promptly
- Assist with course projects such as soil preparation, sod installation, and seeding
- Follow all safety procedures and work collaboratively with the Agronomy team
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively on a team
- Basic knowledge of landscaping or groundskeeping preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly

Responsabilidades
- Realizar mantenimiento diario del campo, incluyendo cortar césped, recortar y limpiar áreas designadas
- Mantener greens, tees, fairways, bunkers y áreas paisajísticas
- Reparar marcas de bola, divots y bordes de bunkers
- Operar y mantener equipos de campo de golf de forma segura
- Reportar problemas de equipo o seguridad a los supervisores
- Apoyar en la preparación del campo (marcadores, banderas, señalización)
- Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad y políticas de la empresa
- Experiencia en campos de golf o jardinería es preferida, pero no requerida
- Capacidad para operar o aprender el uso de equipo de mantenimiento
- Disponibilidad para trabajar temprano, fines de semana y días festivos
- Actitud responsable, puntualidad y capacidad para trabajar en equipo
