Description
The luxurious St. Anthony Hotel is seeking an outgoing, energetic and customer service oriented Food Runner/Busser. In this role, you will set up and clear tables, stock all service stations and assist food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Situated in the heart of downtown, overlooking Travis Park, the AAA Four Diamond, St. Anthony Hotel offers easy access to the trendy restaurants and historical landmarks in San Antonio, Texas. - Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as prescribed.
- Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments.
- Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
- Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Assist with In-Room Dining daily duties and functions. (Including but not limited to setting up and breaking down In-Room Dining trays.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in a similar position is highly preferred.
- Food Handlers certification is required.
- TABC certification required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
