Your Mission as an Activities Director:
Design and run killer therapeutic and recreational activities that get residents moving, laughing, and connecting
Craft individual and group programs that are as fun as they are purposeful
Own the recreation budget like a boss — smart, efficient, impactful
Lead, inspire, and manage a rockstar team of assistants and volunteers who bring the fun
Keep the energy high with fresh, innovative ideas that light up every corner of the facility
What You’ve Got:
Previous activities experience — SNF experience preferred, but we’re ready to train the right candidate with a solid background in activities!
Bachelor’s or Associate’s in Therapeutic Recreation (or close to it)
At least 3 years as an Activities Director making magic happen (or equivalent leadership experience)
CTRS certification (or equivalent) locked and loaded
Passion to uplift, motivate, and engage every resident
